Cybercriminals frequently employ deceptive practices to make electronic communications appear as though they originate from RVN. To mitigate potential risks, recipients are advised to verify the authenticity of the sender’s email address when receiving invoices or payment requests.

Prior to executing any payments solicited via electronic mail, it is imperative to authenticate RVN’s banking details through secure and verifiable channels. Such channels include, but are not limited to, direct telephonic communication with RVN’s designated bookkeeper or consultation through official contact points provided by RVN.

RVN further clarifies that any alteration of banking details will not be communicated through unsolicited electronic correspondence. Under no circumstances shall RVN, nor any entities within the RVN Group, including subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, or employees, be held liable for payments directed to incorrect bank accounts, notwithstanding the appearance of legitimacy in the payment request. The onus rests upon the payer to diligently verify and ensure the accuracy of banking information prior to the execution of any payment.

 

By engaging with RVN, clients and stakeholders acknowledge and accept the foregoing terms and agree to hold harmless RVN and its associated entities from any liability arising from fraudulent or erroneous payment transactions.
