RVN Taxation Services was established as part the RVN Group network, strengthening its integrated offering. The entity provides tax compliance, planning and advisory support, backed by the Group’s established standards and experience.
2017
RVN Compliance Services
In 2017, RVN Secretarial Services, operating since 1995, merged into RVN Compliance Services, bringing secretarial, compliance and corporate governance services together under one division within the RVN Group.
2005
RVN Accounting Services
RVN Accounting Services was established in 2005 as part of the RVN Group network to support clients with dedicated accounting services, expanding the Group’s overall offering.
2000
RVN Chartered Accountants Incorporated
As the group expanded, Rautenbach and Van Niekerk merged to form RVN Chartered Accountants, with André Rautenbach and Marie van der Walt leading the firm into its current form. Together, they have shaped the firm’s depth, supporting long-standing client relationships and sustained growth.
1995
RVN Secretarial Services
As demand for secretarial services increased in the late 1990s, RVN Secretarial was established to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
1978
Rautenbach & Van Niekerk Charted Accountants Inc.
Jan Rautenbach founded Rautenbach & Van Niekerk Chartered Accountants in 1978 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Rautenbach & Van Niekerk became a household name in Pretoria and soon after the firm started to grow. He also served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accountancy at the University of South Africa for six years.
