JP believes that accounting is a broad and diverse field within which he can learn the fundamentals of many disciplines. He takes RVN to the next level by applying his diverse set of skills and using his specialist knowledge to develop solutions that are efficient, effective, and profitable.

The biggest role models in his life are his parents, who taught him to be self-reliant and to distinguish between good and bad decisions. 

They did not limit him; they helped JP to expand the horizon of what is possible and encouraged him to follow his dreams. The strength and self-confidence he displays are all a result of being raised by his parents.
